The Direct Voice service includes the following:
- ISDN30 and ISDN30e – high-performance voice and data services for larger businesses providing digital technology with exceptional line quality
- Analogue – the installation of PSTN lines at the customer’s premises
- ISDN2e – a high-performance voice and data service for small offices. A basic installation connects up to eight digital devices and allows you to make two calls at once. ISDN also offers 64k or 128k internet access, which is useful if broadband hasn't yet reached the customer’s exchange
- Wholesale line rental – for customers with the need for multiple circuits, niu provides a wholesale line rental offering to meet your specific service requirement
- SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) Trunking – niu’s SIP Trunking solution is a gateway device, which sits on the edge of your existing PBX network, providing you with an IP connection to make calls through the carrier’s PSTN gateway out to the public network.
niu can offer businesses access to better call tariffs through our Indirect Voice services; carrier pre-selection (CPS) or Least Cost Routing (LCR), where the client’s line rental continues to be paid to their existing carrier but calls are routed via another carrier.
