We’ve moved! We haven’t gone far, not in terms of distance anyway... like any organisation we have had to overcome the same business IT challenges as our customers so in a bid to ‘practice what we preach’ (so to speak) we’ve implemented our very own end-to-end integrated “cloud office” solution, incorporating Hosted VDI, Hosted IPT and integration with Hosted Microsoft Lync to name just a few at our swanky new HQ (still in London).

On the virtualisation front - our partnership with VMware has been going from strength to strength and we’ve recently been awarded vCloud Powered status. Having our cloud and virtualisation backbone underpinned by VMware allows us to rapidly scale server capacity for customers and accelerate time-to-market for new applications.
One final plaudit, and without blowing our own trumpet, we recently held a successful ‘beyond boundaries: managing enterprise security, inside and out’ seminar. The event offered delegates an afternoon of insightful talks on best practice smart and managed security from IBM, Symantec, CyberArk and Infosecurity Magazine’s very own stalwart, Steve Gold. Winning Outsourcing Partnership of the Year, with Metro Bank, at the Financial Sector Technology Awards was a champagne moment for us and demonstrates a significant turning point for outsourcing innovation in the financial services industry. Metro Bank went on to win a further three awards at the event, including overall winner of the awards ceremony. It’s great to be associated with such a pioneering firm.
You’d think we’d had our fair share of plaudits, but earlier this year we were ranked second in the 2011 MSPmentor Global 100 list – an index of managed service providers by revenue growth. Our credentials were further reinforced by becoming a VMWare Premier Service Provider Partner – aka, the snappily titled VSPP. In a nutshell, only four UK organisations have this level of accreditation, so when it comes to virtualisation, it means we’re bloody brilliant.
