Investing in our people is fundamental to our success. Each year, we work with every employee to shape a training plan that offers continuous development for their current role but importantly how we help shape their future ambitions.

Everyone is given the opportunity to take time out of work to help support our chosen charity.  Whether it’s acting as a ‘dragon’ in the Year 6 dragon’s den or mentoring an apprentice, everyone is given the chance to give something back.

Young Sparks

At Niu Solutions we believe technology can be a career for all.  We are committed to helping shape the industry for the future by inspiring young people of all backgrounds to develop an interest in technology.

That’s why we launched our ‘Young Sparks’ initiative, a programme aimed at giving young people the opportunity to try out a career in technology.

Everyone has been so helpful with regards to opening up my mind into the world of working, and the world of IT.  Thanks to everyone for helping me understand your roles, I’m sure it will prove hugely valuable when deciding my future career; I can’t thank you enough for the time and effort you have put in to help develop me as a person.
