Kent Reliance, or One Savings Bank, is a mutual bank which was formed in 2010 by Kent Reliance Building Society & is owned by the Kent Reliance Provident Society with funds under management by JC Flowers. It has 10 high street agencies in Kent & provides banking services to both customers & intermediary partners.
Objectives
- Following a business restructure, the IT team looked to acquire the specialist ‘know how’ to develop & deliver comprehensive security & compliance strategy
- To achieve the highest security & compliance posture, helping increase confidence & value to customers & investors - without having to invest in a full-time information security officer
- Become PCI DSS @ ISO27001 compliant, whilst reducing associated cost, management overheads & enhance competitive advantage
