Evolution Voice & Data Limited (“EVD”)
Incorporated in February 2000 and joined niu in January 2008. EVD provides voice and data solutions
as well as integrated media, mobility and data centre design, construction and management services.
Pasporte Limited (“Pasporte”)
Incorporated in June 2000 and joined niu in April 2008 as one of the fastest growing IT Technology
companies in the UK. Pasporte provides critical managed outsourced IT services to a broad range of
mid‐sized companies.
Ipitomi Limited (“Ipitomi”)
Incorporated in June 1998 and joined niu in December 2008. Ipitomi is also one of the fastest growing IT
companies in the UK and has supplied Cisco’s largest hosted colour IP telephony roll-out in the UK and
the fifth largest in the world.
